Lois Belekevich Lois A. Belekevich is our director of membership and has the longest tenure at the Filene Research Institute. While she'll probably be able to answer any questions you may have, she's likely to help you track down membership information or keep you up to date with our member special events.

Josey Siegenthaler Josey Siegenthaler is the Institute’s research associate. Josey project manages Filene’s research publications along with keeping the Research Council, Filene Fellows, and 30 Under 30 groups organized.

Prior to joining Filene in 2006, Josey worked as a project manager in advertising and publishing. She earned her BA in Journalism from Indiana University. She lives in Madison with her musician husband and very talented daughter, Eva.

Dan HooverDan Hoover is the Director of Operations for the Filene Research Institute. His entrepreneurial experiences include being a vital part of a start-up software company where he was Director of Operations, handling all aspects of the business, including project management, facilities, human resources, internal IT/IS, budgets, customer service and sales/marketing.  Dan also has familiarity with credit unions with 12 years of industry experience. He was the Manager of the CUNA Councils for CUNA Affiliates. Additionally, Dan was a branch manager for UW Credit Union in Madison, WI where he was a part of the team to introduce the retail branch experience.
