NEW! Choice Endings

Funeral Planning Assistance for Members

According to the Federal Trade Commission, funerals are among the most expensive purchases many consumers will ever make, perhaps the third-largest lifetime purchase after a home and car. But they don’t have to be so expensive! Choice Endings assists members with funeral planning through education, Totten Trust/Payable on Death Accounts tied to a document spelling out the members’ final wishes, and affordable insurance. Please check back later for more details on this idea as they develop.

I understand the concept, but the words “choice endings” is disturbing to me.

Choice Endings allows a member to write their final wishes are and they can even pick out what they want for the fond farewell. This process of planning and education allows your member’s families to avoid the pitfalls of pre-planning with a funeral home and assists the family in avoiding the emotional overspending of a funeral.
