Karen started at ELGA as a senior in high school, worked nearly every position since 1978, and is now the CEO and has been for 22 years, since 1993. Karen will share key leadership lessons that she has learned along the way. Specific focus will be given to how Karen has both grown as a leader and developed talent and coaches. We will integrate Karen’s real world experience with Filene’s correlated research done in coordination with Michael Neill, Attributes and Skills of Highly Effective Credit Union Managers, 2012.
