Ann has been a driving force in the leadership team since joining IHMVCU in March 2000. She currently holds the Chief Experience Officer role and directly oversees all the retail, remote, marketing and deposits areas of IHMVCU. In her tenure, McMillian has held the position of Internal Auditor, Vice President of Operations, Executive Vice President of Sales, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Health Officer. A Certified Chief Executive (CCE), she helps implement and oversee the short and long-term strategic objectives of the credit union. Prior to joining IHMVCU, McMillian worked as a Credit Union Examiner for the State of Iowa. She graduated from University of Iowa with a BS in Finance.
