My name is Jillian Hansen, I grew up on Long Island, NY and returned to my home town after living in Boston for 5 years post-college. I have 16 years' experience in Finance and Accounting. I started in Audit at KPMG in Boston, where I learned the ropes working with a variety of industries. I've been at Bethpage Federal Credit Union since 2005. I'm currently the AVP of Finance where I oversee the finance department, managing the budget and forecasts and supporting the company with strategy initiatives and new products.
Outside of work I keep busy with 3 active young kids and their array of sports. I'm a proud soccer/football/basketball/swim mom and spend most weekends on a field or court. I also enjoy running, skiing, boating, traveling and the beach.
I am CPA certified and hold a BA in Accounting from UMASS Amherst and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
