Patrick Livingston enjoys being part of the credit union family, and believes cooperation is the cornerstone to success. He joined Coastal Credit Union in 2003 and currently serves as AVP, Systems Support. This role connects employees, technology, and credit union vision to successfully implement and support IT resources. As an avid fan of technology, Patrick believes it is important to bring innovative ideas to work every day that help improve the member experience.
He is also the cofounder of CUaware, a non-profit organization that creates opportunities for dialogue amongst all credit union staff. The success of that program led to becoming a recipient of The National Credit Union Foundation's Cooperative Spirit award, and featured as a CU Rock Star in Credit Union Magazine.
Patrick earned his Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University and a Master's of Business Administration from North Carolina State University. He currently lives in Raleigh, NC and enjoys traveling in his spare time.
