Ralph Paoli

Senior Graphic & Digital Designer at Filene Research Institute


Ralph first joined the Filene family as an intern in the Fall of 2017. During his internship, he quickly developed a deep appreciation for Filene’s mission and branding, which resonated perfectly with his personal style of graphic design. This initial connection laid the foundation for his continued dedication to the organization. Today, Ralph holds the position of Senior Graphic and Digital Designer, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing and Communications team. His responsibilities are diverse and essential, ranging from creating stunning print, website and event collateral to designing comprehensive and visually appealing reports. He is instrumental in bringing Filene’s Asterisk magazine to life, ensuring that every issue is captivating and engaging. Ralph’s contributions extend beyond traditional graphic design tasks. Additionally, he coordinates event setup and registration, meticulously planning every detail to guarantee smooth operations. His expertise in audio and visual further enhances Filene's events, ensuring they are memorable and impactful.

Beyond his professional achievements at Filene, Ralph continues to nurture his love for traditional arts. He manages an open studio for ceramics at his local Center for Visual Arts and is also an accomplished painter and muralist. Outside of work, Ralph enjoys spending time with his dog and two cats, while his passion for gardening keeps him busy with his impressive collection of 140 indoor plants. He also embraces every opportunity to stay active and explore the outdoors, whether he is kayaking on the water or hitting the trails for a run.
