As the Senior Talent and Strategy Director at Filene, Sam Zinth leads the organization's people-first approach, spearheading initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as cultivating a positive company culture. In her capacity, Sam offers project management expertise and coaching to functional area leaders, ensuring the successful implementation of strategies, individual development plans, and performance alignment.
With over 12 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Sam has demonstrated her expertise across various industries, notably in the tech and academic sectors. She holds a J.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Sam's passion for personal growth is evident through her dedication to continuous learning. Currently pursuing her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, she remains an avid reader and embraces a lifelong learning mindset. Outside of work, Sam finds joy in outdoor cycling, attending live music events, and planning her next international adventure.
