Henry M. Kim is an Associate Professor at Schulich School of Business, York University (Toronto), and Director of Emergent Commerce Lab. He serves as Filene’s Research Fellow leading All Things Payments Center of Excellence, helping credit unions translate shifts in payments, fraud, and AI into practical decisions and measurable business cases. Prof. Kim has authored nearly 90 academic and practitioner publications, and his work has been supported by Bank of Canada, United Nations, World Bank, Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences, Bank of Montreal, and numerous other organizations. His expertise has also been featured in outlets including Barron’s, Reader’s Digest, and Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
