WHAT IS THE COOPERATIVE TRUST AND CRASH PROGRAM?
The Cooperative Trust is a community by Filene Research Institute that provides opportunities for rising credit union talent—specifically, young and emerging professionals. Crash events are created by the Cooperative Trust and are non-stop, action-packed credit union events for rising professionals. Crashers come with a work hard/play hard schedule and are here to help you develop as a future credit union leader. A big part of these meet-ups are our ‘Crash’ sessions, where industry mentors lead our groups in open conversations around leadership, social responsibility, innovation, and more.

This year, big.bright.minds. is in Nashville, TN! Crashers receive FREE conference registration. Crashers of their credit unions are responsible for covering hotel and travel expenses.
