We are at the precipice of a great shift in leadership as we've witnessed nearly 20% of the nation's largest credit unions gain new leaders at the helm over the past 2 years. New disruptors and technological advances demand a re-thinking of the credit union business model while younger participants to the credit union movement bring a diversity of perspectives and approaches. This leads us to two very important questions:

  • How can we renew our leadership and governance models to better unlock the potential carried in our staff and our members?
  • How do we build a future with continued relevance for the credit union difference?

We are experiencing huge shifts in attitudes, leadership, technology and are in a state of almost constant change. We believe we are entering the age of the Credit Union Renaissance - Join us as we explore the 3 big themes driving our beliefs – Humanism, Innovation and Transformation. We will share how Filene is aligning new products and services to helping growing, innovative minded credit unions prepare and respond. Then join us as we welcome Yas Arikan, a Futurist and Social Scientist, who will help us figure out how to lead our organizations forward. We know it’s early in the AM, but it’s worth it! You’ll leave with some Filene brain food and some tangible ways to put your next great ideas into action.

General registration is now open to Innovator level and above members.
