The LIFT (Lower Interest for Timeliness) project, a partnership between Filene Research Institute, the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Center for Financial Security, and the Center for Financial Services Innovation, targets the growing population of low-to-moderate-income borrowers with subprime credit. The goal of the project is to improve financial capacity by rewarding timely payments on automobile loans.
