The talented line up of world-class thinkers included:

  • Dennis Campbell, Filene Fellow and Dwight P. Robinson, Jr. Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School opened with Structuring Credit Unions for Innovation and shared the state with Annette Rivet, chief transformation officer at Conexus Credit Union, who shared highlights from a forthcoming Filene case study on their credit union's innovation transformation.
  • Rory McDonald, Assistant Professor of Business Administration, Harvard Business School presented research on Disruptive Innovation: Creating and Capturing New Growth - Why do some promising technologies gain traction with customers while others don’t? This session introduced powerful theories of innovation that help answer these questions.
