Starting as a teller at Washington Mutual out of college just before the financial crisis, I've grown in this industry with an extra focus on the importance of putting people first. Through the years, I've held every job a branch has to offer from banker to manager at large and small branches; at banks and then at credit unions. The move into the cooperative model was the most impactful professional decision I ever made. Currently, I am Director of Member Experience overseeing the entire branch and remote delivery channels for Verity Credit Union.
