Passionate about leveraging data, he channels that to the credit union purpose, delivering value and quality service to the membership. With twenty-four years of experience in the financial services industry (Capital One, PNC Bank, and now Virginia Credit Union), Lee has a track record of building and leading effective data teams. His career began with hands on data analysis and while his eye is focused on strategy, you can still find a few analysis projects on the side of his desk.
