Nicole Bowen is the Vice President of Information Technology, Compliance, and Facilities at the Fairfax County Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, Virginia. An unabashed lover of credit unions, she has a passion for innovation, people, and providing the best in member experience. Nicole has more than 17 years of experience in credit union leadership and has held roles in branch operations, lending, compliance, and information technology. In 2014, Nicole was named Credit Union Times Trailblazer - Information Technology Executive of the Year. She was also named 2015 Political Action Advocate of the Year by the Virginia Credit Union League. Nicole is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer. She is the chairperson of the Virginia Credit Union League Governmental Affairs Fundraising Committee and is a passionate advocate for credit unions.
