Josh brings extensive experience in cultivating and managing credit union relationships, driving growth initiatives, and fostering member engagement.

As Director of Credit Union Partnerships at Filene, Josh oversees all aspects of credit union engagement;

Building Strategic Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with credit unions of all sizes, fostering collaboration and alignment with Filene's goals.

Credit Union Growth Strategies: Identifying and implementing initiatives that support credit union growth, such as market expansion, product development, and member acquisition.

Credit Union Engagement: Creating and executing programs that enhance credit union member engagement and satisfaction, leveraging Filene's research and industry expertise.

Partnership Development: Negotiating and managing mutually beneficial partnership agreements that deliver value to both Filene and credit unions.

Josh’s prior experience includes eight years of leading credit union partnerships at TruStage, where he successfully increased credit union participation and drove measurable growth outcomes. Josh is a graduate of Lake Superior State University with a degree in Business Administration and Public Relations. He is a strong communicator and collaborator, with a proven ability to build trust and inspire action within the credit union community.
