Jason Milesko

Chief Impact Officer

As chief impact officer, Jason brings to life the work of the Filene knowledge tree to help credit unions refocus their strategies and capitalize on promising new ideas.

As a leading strategist, Jason brings more than 12 years of international and domestic consulting and private equity investing experience to help companies immediately increase their performance and financial sustainability.  Jason excels at identifying the highest value creating opportunities for credit unions and then building customized products, services, and solutions to help capture them.

Jason joins Filene from Galt & Company, a boutique strategic consulting firm that advises Fortune 500 companies. He earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, and he brings a distinguished background in consulting, private equity (Wind Point Partners), and investment banking (Goldman Sachs).

Jason and his wife, Jessica, recently moved to Madison and have three young children. When he is not changing diapers, you can find Jason outdoors. He has completed five marathons and over 25 triathlons, including the 2007 Hawaii Ironman World Championship.
