Holly Fearing is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a passion for all things marketing. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services, credit union, and cooperative industries, Holly has honed her skills as a strategic marketing leader with a keen eye for consumer trends and a creative business acumen.

As Filene’s Senior Marketing & Communications Director, Holly is at the helm of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align seamlessly with the organization's goals. She leads cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, while also enhancing the overall member experience.

Fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making are at the core of Holly's marketing approach. She stays ahead of industry trends, continuously monitors marketing performance and analyzes data to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring maximum effectiveness and return on investment.

Prior to Filene, Holly worked at CUNA Mutual Group (now TruStage), where she excelled in internal and external communication strategies and served as the company's spokesperson across the brand’s social platforms. Her expertise in social media and marketing strategies has made her a sought-after resource for credit unions across the U.S. and Canada, where she provides valuable research and guidance.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Holly is deeply involved in the cooperative movement. As the board president of Willy Street Grocery Co-op, she played a pivotal role in growing the cooperative model and increasing awareness about its benefits.

In 2011, she became a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), showcasing her commitment to professional growth and development within the credit union space. Her dedication to the industry earned her recognition as a Trailblazer 40 Below by the Credit Union Times in 2013.

Equipped with a bachelor's degree in journalism and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Holly combines her excellent communication skills with her passion for marketing to connect creativity with business results.
